Yogurt not Ice Cream



Nancy's Yogurt is sooooo good for you. The yogurt is pretty strong so we add a tiny bit of maple syrup to take the edge off. Our cold and flu season has gone much better due to Nancy's active cultures that fight off sickness. Get smart about the brand of yogurt you use. Many are loaded with sugar and sweetners and do not have enough active cultures to do the trick.

Instead of ice cream at night, I eat a small bowl of nancy's to help with my bed time snack cravings. Now don't get all crazy on me, I still eat ice cream with my birthday cake.
